Orders will be prepared upon confirmation of payment in full, either by credit card or Paypal account. Most of our art jewelry will be shipped
within 2 days after the order is placed, nevertheless, each item is handmade specially for you, hence products may take up to four days to send out.
We will inform you if an item can not be shipped within 4 days.
As a thank-you gift for your support in choosing Blue Mist Jewel Art, we offer Free-Shipping for orders placed within the United States and Canada
via USPS priority service. Please include additional 3.00 U.S. dollars if insurance is needed (note, without insurance, we hold no responsibility
for lost items once products leave our hand). For international orders, please add additional 10.00 U.S. dollars for shipping (insurance is not included).

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us via e-mail first before returning items. No item will be
accepted without prior notification of its return. Please wrap and box the item along with postage for returning. Thank you

Our current discount structure is based off the net dollar amount of the order, excluding sales tax, and is structured as follows:
$1,000 (net) to $1,999 (net) receive a 20% discount.
$2,000 (net) to $4,999 (net) receive a 40% discount.
$5,000 (net) and up receive a 50% discount.
The discount will be calculated automatically by the shopping cart.
If you have a valid California resellers permit, e-mail us with your name, address, permit number, and phone number. After we verify the
resellers permit, we will e-mail you a tax exemption code to use in the shopping cart. We do not collect sales tax on out of state purchases
