Both types of gems were hand strung on a silk cord using knotting technique to add an elegant finish. The pendant is an artistic result of layering the natural abalone shell and a 3-demensional gem sculpture consisted of faceted water-drop-shaped smoky quartz and cultivated aquamarine beads.
