Star gazers have always sought to find an order in the apparent chaos of the night stars, many cultures view clusters of stars as rewards by the gods to heroes of the past, creating a permanent tribute to these heroes in the night sky. In “Distilled in Time” a faceted-octagon blueberry quartz joins with two pearls and a vermeil cube in an apparently chaotic manner, only to be brought into a symmetric harmony by our elegant gold-filled wire wrap technique. The necklace’s chain is composed of handmade 14k gold-filled links, accented by fresh water pearls and Arizona’s famous sleeping beauty turquoise, also accompanied by vermeil cubes and daisies.
